Question #1:
Q: 1. Why join WTI instead of other online courses?
A: First of all, we haven't seen another learning center like WTI at the price of WTI. Secondly, we not only provide quality training videos but also related items that will help you understand better what you are learning.

This site is being written by people with high-level teaching backgrounds who know and understand curriculum development, which leads to better understanding of the lessons taught (but don't take our word for it... try it out for yourself).

Question #2:
Q: 2. Is WTI as big as it's going to get?
A: Not even close. We only have about one-fifth of the materials we own on the site today. And, we will continue to build both the modularized lessons and the library to include everything you need in order to succeed.

Question #3:
Q: 3. When it gets bigger am I going to have to pay more?
A: The great thing about the way we do business is that your price is locked in at your present rate no matter how much the price increases later as long as you do not cancel your membership. If you decide to cancel and, later, decide to sign up again, you will have to pay the price charged at that time so think hard before leaving.

Question #4:
Q: 4. Am I allowed to download the videos and watch them?
A: No, we can not let you do that because some of the videos here are under license from others and they prohibit us from allowing downloads. Besides, we want you to keep coming back so you can continually see all of the new improvements we are making.

If we find out that you are downloading videos we will cancel your membership without refund so be aware.

Question #5:
Q: 5. Will I be charged for the e-book in the library?
A: Typically, no. Unless a particular e-book's license says we HAVE to sell it, you will get it free. If it has to be sold, we will sell it to you at it's rock-bottom price.

Question #6:
Q: 6. Are there things that cost more inside the membership area?
A: Yes... but all of the items are optional and are not required to complete your training. We sometimes show where you can buy tools, software, etc. that could make your job easier but the lessons show you how to do things without these items.

Question #7:
Q: 7. Are these paid items affiliate programs for WTI
A: Yes, some are. Again, it does not require you to buy from the affiliate link though; however, many times our affiliate link(s) will provide you access at a lesser cost than what the public may pay.

Also, the additional revenue these links provides allows us to keep our costs to you lower so, if you pay less or the same as going directly to the source and it can help WTI better the site for you, it should be worth using the affiliate link for purchases. (And, we thank you for doing so.)

Question #8:
Q: 8. Why don't you provide a free or trail membership?
A: There are a lot of things inside the member area that are free to download and we do not want people to join, download the free stuff then ask for a refund. We realize that you would never do this but there are people out there that would. For that reason alone, we can not offer these kinds of memberships.

Question #9:
Q: 9. Can I get a refund after I join for any reason?
A: Sorry, but no. See #8 above. We want to protect our member's investments. This is a learning center; not a download site.
